5. System Error Refund Process

To request a refund due to a system error, follow this process:

To Request a Refund:

  1. Go to our Discord Server
  2. Open up a Ticket
  3. Tell the staff what's going on
  4. They will most probably get you connected with a higher-up
  5. Then you have to provide detailed explanation with supporting evidence of the error
  6. Include screenshots, transaction IDs, and any error messages
  7. Submit your request

Note: System error claims must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Claims reported after 7 days will not be considered.

False Claims: Submitting false or fraudulent system error claims will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any disputed amount.
