VYPay is committed to providing excellent customer service. This refund policy outlines our approach to refunds for transactions conducted through our platform. We strive to resolve any issues fairly and transparently.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your refund rights and responsibilities when using VYPay's services.
2. Refund Policy
Our general policy is: NO REFUNDS. All transactions are final once completed.
Limited Exceptions:
2.1 System Error Exception (VYC Purchases Only)
In the rare event of a documented system error on VYPay's platform during VYC purchase, we may provide:
- Up to 90% refund of the purchase amount
- Up to 10% provided as VYC compensation (non-refundable credit)
This exception applies ONLY to VYC purchases. VYC trading activity on the platform is NOT eligible for any refunds. VYC trading is not what is mentioned in the refund policy - only charges through debit/credit card or crypto.
2.2 Cryptocurrency Transaction Exception
For cryptocurrency transactions processed through VYPay:
- If a confirmed system error occurred resulting in incorrect transaction, we guarantee 100% refund
- No compensation (VYC or otherwise) is provided alongside crypto refunds
- Refund is issued as original cryptocurrency only
Transactions NOT eligible for refunding:
- All standard transactions completed successfully
- VYC trading activity within the platform
- Voluntary cryptocurrency transfers or conversions
- User error or change of mind
- Payments authorized by the account holder
- Transactions where funds have been withdrawn or transferred by recipient
- Service fees and platform charges
Important: By using VYPay's services, you acknowledge that all transactions are final. Refunds are only provided in documented system error cases as outlined above.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are only processed in documented system error cases.
Processing Time (When Applicable):
- System Error Investigation: 5-10 business days for review and approval
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Cryptocurrency Refunds: Dependent on network confirmation times (typically 30 minutes to 2 hours)
- VYC Compensation Credit: Issued immediately upon approval
4. Refund by Transaction Type
4.1 Money Transfers
- No refunds. All transfers are final once completed.
4.2 Payment Processing
- No refunds. All payments are final.
- Failed payment attempts are automatically declined with no charge.
4.3 VYC Purchases
- No refunds for VYC purchases.
- Exception: In case of documented system error, up to 90% refund + 10% VYC compensation.
- VYC trading activity on the platform is NOT eligible for refunds.
4.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions
- Completed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.
- Exception: If VYPay's system error caused an incorrect transaction, 100% refund in original cryptocurrency.
- No compensation provided with crypto refunds.
4.5 Subscription Services
- No refunds for subscription services or service fees.
- Subscriptions can be canceled anytime; cancellation takes effect at next billing cycle.
5. System Error Refund Process
To request a refund due to a system error, follow this process:
To Request a Refund:
- Go to our Discord Server
- Open up a Ticket
- Tell the staff what's going on
- They will most probably get you connected with a higher-up
- Then you have to provide detailed explanation with supporting evidence of the error
- Include screenshots, transaction IDs, and any error messages
- Submit your request
Required Information:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of transaction
- Amount and currency
- Detailed description of the system error
- Screenshots or evidence proving system error occurred
- Impact of the error on your account
Note: System error claims must be reported within 7 days of the transaction. Claims reported after 7 days will not be considered.
6. System Error Investigation & Resolution
- All system error claims will be reviewed within 5-10 business days
- Our team will investigate the claim and verify whether a system error actually occurred
- Additional information may be requested during investigation
- You will be notified of the decision via email
- If approved: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- If denied: Explanation will be provided
- Decisions are final after investigation completion
False Claims: Submitting false or fraudulent system error claims will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any disputed amount.
7. Prohibited Activity
- Attempting to obtain fraudulent refunds or claiming false system errors
- Submitting duplicate refund claims for the same transaction
- Chargebacks with your bank (use our system error process instead)
- Disputing transactions after receiving confirmed delivery
- Initiating refund claims on behalf of other users
Consequences: Accounts found violating these rules will be suspended and all funds forfeited.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- All completed transactions (with the exception of documented system errors)
- VYC trading activity on the platform
- Service fees and platform charges
- Currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences
- User-initiated transactions completed as requested
9. Account Termination & Balances
- Upon account closure, any remaining balance get's forfeited.
- No refunds are issued for account termination
- Accounts terminated for policy violations forfeit all remaining balances
10. Limitations of Liability
- By using VYPay, you accept that all transactions are final
- VYPay is not liable for user errors, change of mind, or loss of funds due to user negligence
- Refunds are only provided for documented system errors as outlined in this policy
- Third-party payment processors and banks are not responsible for refund delays
11. Acknowledgment
By using VYPay, you acknowledge that:
- All transactions are final and non-refundable as standard policy
- Refunds are only provided in documented system error cases
- VYC trading activity is not eligible for refunds
- You have read and accepted the terms of this policy
- You will not attempt fraudulent refund claims
12. Policy Changes
VYPay reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
